Billing
What you pay, and how it is billed.
Currency and GST
Customers in India are charged in Indian rupees (INR). GST is added at the rate that applies by law and shown as a separate line on the price breakdown and on your tax invoice. Our GSTIN is [GSTIN to be added].
What a workspace costs
A workspace bought from Rowkit has a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. The setup fee, the monthly fee, GST and the total due today are shown before you pay.
Billing cycle
The monthly subscription is charged automatically every month by UPI AutoPay or card until you cancel. Rowkit platform plans are billed separately.
How to cancel
Cancel any time, with no minimum term and no penalty. Cancelling stops the next payment, and the month you have paid for stays active. The month already paid is not refunded.
Money-back and price changes
The first payment has a 14-day money-back window. The setup fee is not refundable once the install succeeds, and a failed install is refunded automatically. You get 30 days of notice before any price increase and can decline it. Read the full Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your whole organization is on one plan. There are no feature gates between a builder, an editor, and a viewer.
What changes between plans?
Every plan, including Free, includes Rowkit’s core tables, views, relations, automations, and scoped agent access. Plans scale the volume your organization can use, not the capabilities you are allowed to try.
How does a trial work?
Starter and Team begin with a 14-day trial. A card is collected at checkout and billing begins only when the trial ends. Free requires no card and never expires.
How do Team seats work?
Team includes 10 seats. Each additional organization member is billed at $5 per month, regardless of role.
What is Enterprise for?
Enterprise is a contact-sales plan for organizations that need negotiated terms, SSO, audit access, or white-label controls.
