Who we are
Rowkit is operated by [legal name to be added], registered at [registered address to be added] (GSTIN [GSTIN to be added]). In these terms, “Rowkit”, “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person or organization that creates an account or buys from us. By creating an account or paying, you agree to these terms.
What Rowkit provides
Rowkit is a workspace product for structured work: tables, views, linked records, automations, and scoped agent access, organized by organization, workspace and app, with roles for owners, builders, editors and viewers.
You can use Rowkit in two ways: on a Rowkit platform plan you subscribe to directly, and by buying a ready-made workspace from Rowkit, described below. Both are available only to people who can enter a binding contract. If you sign up for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
Buying a workspace from Rowkit
Some workspaces are packaged solutions made by independent creators and sold through Rowkit. When you buy one, Rowkit is the seller: you pay Rowkit, Rowkit sends you the invoice, and Rowkit is responsible to you for the sale, billing, refunds and support routing. The creator supplies the packaged solution and is paid a revenue share by Rowkit. You do not pay the creator separately.
- You pay a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. The setup fee, the monthly fee, GST and the total due today are shown before you pay.
- After your payment succeeds, Rowkit installs the workspace into your organization. If the install fails, you are refunded automatically.
- Depending on the offer, a workspace is either managed or handed over. In a managed workspace, the creator’s tables, fields and views are structure-locked so they can receive updates, while your data and anything you add yourself stay free for you to change. A handed-over workspace is a full copy that does not receive updates.
- You may not export a creator’s managed work and republish or resell it.
Prices, GST and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees (INR). GST is added at the rate that applies by law and shown as a separate line, and we issue a tax invoice.
- The monthly subscription is collected automatically by UPI AutoPay or by card. By paying, you authorise those recurring charges until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by licensed payment companies. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN on our systems.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may restrict the workspace to read-only with export until the payment is made.
Cancellation, refunds and price changes
You can cancel at any time with no penalty and no minimum term. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, and you keep access until it ends.
Your first payment can be refunded in the first 14 days. The setup fee cannot be refunded once the install has succeeded, except through that 14-day window, and a failed install is refunded automatically. We give 30 days of notice before a price increase, and you can decline it and cancel. The full details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your data and content
You own the data and content you put into Rowkit. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and show it to you and the people you authorise, and to operate and secure the service. You can export your data at any time, including after you cancel and while a workspace is read-only.
You are responsible for what you store, for having the right to store it, and for the access you grant to members and agent keys. Please read how we handle personal data in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
We may suspend access when needed to stop abuse, fraud or a security risk, and we will tell you why where we can.
- Do not use Rowkit to break the law, to store content you have no right to hold, or to harm others.
- Do not try to get into another organization’s data or to get around permissions, roles, limits or the structure lock.
- Do not send spam or run attacks from automations or agent keys, and do not overload the service.
- Keep your sign-in details and agent keys private. You are responsible for activity under them.
Service, changes and limits
We work to keep Rowkit available and to protect your data, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Plans have limits, such as seats, records, storage and automation runs, as described on the Pricing page. We may improve or change features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that remove something you rely on.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Rowkit and cancel whenever you like. We may end or suspend your account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable. If we end a paid subscription for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you about material changes by email or in the product before they apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first write to us at [support email to be added] so we can try to settle a problem. If we cannot, the courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
